Duration, Requirements, and Opportunities:

The USHG Internship Program begins on June 5th and ends on August 11th. Interns are required to be available through the duration of the program, attend all scheduled events, and commit to 32 - 40 hours per week. Please note that schedules may include nights and weekends. Interns will be exposed to a variety of events throughout the program to provide exposure to different aspects of our business and allow for networking opportunities with both fellow interns and current USHG employees.

All internship positions are paid. The hourly rate is in the range of $15 - $20/hour.

You will work alongside the best leaders in the industry while learning, creating meaningful and lasting connections, and having fun. You will be a part of the USHG’s culture of Enlightened Hospitality and have access to our most beloved restaurants, cafes, and bars which offer outstanding food delivered with our signature warmth and hospitality. Each intern will also receive 51% dining discount at all USHG-owned restaurants for the duration of the internship program.

USHG partners with Educational Housing Services (EHS), a not-for-profit organization that provides safe, convenient housing services to thousands of students and interns. Those chosen for the program can log onto, complete the form, and learn all about the housing options they provide to students. Please note that EHS is not affiliated with USHG, and any housing expense will be at the intern’s own cost.

Another affordable and convenient option is through New York University (NYU). To learn more, please visit this website:
