Iāve applied for an internship with USHG before. Will the application process be different for me?
The process for all applicants is the same, regardless of how far you previously progressed in the interview process in the past.
How can I stand out in the application and in the interview process?
Through the interview process, we want to learn who you are and why you are interested in an internship with USHG.
A great place to start is to learn more about our company! There are many ways to do this, but we recommend first taking a look at Our Mission to hear more about who we are and what we stand for.
Then, through your application questions, tell us who you are, your experience, and what you are passionate about. Sharing what is unique about you or your journey and tying that to USHG will help you stand out from the rest.
What will be the timing, or potential start date of my internship?
The summer internship program is 10 weeks long. It begins on June 1st and ends on August 7th.
Will USHG provide housing support for interns?
USHG partners with Educational Housing Services (EHS), a not-for-profit organization that provides safe, convenient housing services to thousands of students and interns. Those chosen for the program can log onto http://www.studenthousing.org/and/ushg%20, complete the form, and learn about the housing options they provide students.
If you are not interested in EHS housing, we can share other resources that will help you decide the best housing option for you.
Please note that EHS is not affiliated with USHG, and ultimately, any housing expenses will be at the internās own cost.
