Danny Meyer is the founder and Chairman of Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), which he launched with the opening of Union Square Cafe in 1985. Over the past four decades, he has built some of New York’s most beloved restaurants and helped shape a distinctive approach to hospitality centered on putting people first.
