Warren Sewell

Warren Sewell is a dynamic hospitality and operations executive with more than 15 years of restaurant industry experience and a proven track record of leading high-growth organizations, building winning cultures, and scaling multi-unit operations across quick-service, casual dining, and polished hospitality environments.

His career began while attending Franklin & Marshall College, where he played collegiate football as a student-athlete and worked part-time as a busser and dishwasher with Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. What began as a part-time job quickly became a passion, as he fell in love with the energy, teamwork, and impact of the hospitality industry. With this new found love, he decided to forego his plans to join the Navy for a career in Restaurants.

Most recently, Warren served as a Regional Vice President with Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, where he led new market entry expansion and performance across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. He spearheaded successful new market entry across Washington, D.C., New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia, opening more than 45 restaurants in just 3.5 years. During this period of accelerated growth, he played a key role in operational readiness, talent development, market strategy, and maintaining brand standards at scale.

Earlier in his career, Warren advanced through multiple leadership roles with Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, helping transform the company from a respected regional concept into a growing multi-state brand. He led operational systems and growth initiatives throughout the Mid-Atlantic, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, while also supporting expansion into Georgia and South Carolina. His responsibilities included improving operating models, enhancing restaurant efficiency, supporting new store openings, and developing leaders to sustain growth.

During that time, Warren broadened his expertise across multiple facets of the business, including food and beverage menu innovation, real estate site selection, restaurant design and buildouts, and scalable operational infrastructure. This cross-functional experience gave him a unique ability to connect strategy with execution.

He also held senior leadership roles with Hard Rock Cafe, where he oversaw operations across the Southeastern United States, including Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana. In that role, he led high-volume teams across multiple markets while driving performance, culture, and guest experience standards for one of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands. As the business recovered from the COVID-19 shutdown of restaurants, he helped lead a renewed focus on retail efficiency, live music programming, and experience-driven operations that re-energized guest traffic and strengthened brand relevance across the region.

Outside of work, Warren is deeply committed to community service and believes strong businesses should positively impact the neighborhoods they serve by building authentic local partnerships and meaningful relationships. He is married to his wife, Laura, and together they are proud parents to their three-year-old daughter, Stella. A dedicated family man and fitness enthusiast, he enjoys strength training, studying leadership, and exploring what makes great brands and organizations successful.

Warren is excited to join the teams at Union Square Hospitality Group and Daily Provisions and looks forward to learning from the talented people who make this brand so special while contributing to our continued growth and success.
